Evergrid Obtains $10 Million In Series C Round

FREMONT, CA -- Datacenter software maker Evergrid announced a series B round of funding totaling $10 million in new funds.

Evergrid designs software that helps datacenter organizations enhance the reliability, speed and efficiency of their datacenter assets.  The company has two products: Availability and Resource Manager.  They are also available as a combined suite.

The investors in the round were lead investor Menlo Ventures and return investor Acartha Group.  The company's CEO is David Anderson, who has 35 years experience in all areas of general management.
